“The check in lady who helped us is very friendly. The property is clean and the room is clean too. The lobby is cozy and comfortable. The location is just right next to the Oberlin College, it’s very convenient for us as we came here to visit the college. Overall experience is excellent. We will book this place if we ever returning. ”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The only negative is that the parking garage isn't connected to the hotel. So when it's raining, snowing, etc., it's not that fun of a walk. Luckily, you can park at the front during check-in/out to drop off your stuff first. However, the location is fantastic, the room was nice, the breakfast was pretty good and convenient, and I definitely recommend staying here. ”

“The staff was nice except the receptionist that worked the day I came and the manager took care of my needs and worries. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the coffee too. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable. We enjoyed the stay altogether we would definitely come again”
